Our practice is based on the philosophy of providing quality, comprehensive vision care.
Comprehensive Eye Care Examinations
Regular eye exams are important not only for ensuring that you see your best but also for reviewing the health of your eyes. Our doctors will examine your refractive error (the power of your eyes), your binocular vision (how well your eyes work together as a team), and your ocular health (the health of your eyes). We provide these exams for everyone in your family, from birth to senior adulthood.
Contact Lens Evaluations
There are literally hundreds of contact lenses available in today's market. We will work with you and prescribe the best contact lens option for you, providing comfort along with clear, crisp vision. We also carry a very large inventory of contact lenses in-office, so you can often leave our office with your new lenses in hand.
Optical Services - Lifestyle Dispensing
We have hundreds of frames to choose from, from high-end name brands to value-driven choices. We work with you and recommend lenses that are best for your lifestyle and associated visual demands. A teacher may need different lenses or specialty coatings than a medical practitioner or a contractor, and we recognize this important distinction during our time with you. We will also work with your employers to create safety glasses prescriptions.
Specialty Contact Lens Fittings
Sometimes, standard soft contact lenses are not the best option. For patients with keratoconus, post-operative complications, and corneal transplants, specialty lenses are needed to provide the best overall visual acuity. Our office has decades of experience fitting these lenses, and we have many different specialty contact lens fitting sets at our disposal. This allows us to try lenses on your very first visit!
We also work with top ophthalmologists in the country who specialize in these types of cases. If surgical intervention is an option, these doctors are the best in their field.
Pediatric Eye Care
Most learning in school-aged children occurs through their eyes. It is imperative that children are seen by an eye doctor by six months of age, if not by the time they reach kindergarten. We have the equipment and expertise needed to assess and treat even the most complex of pediatric vision problems.
Did you wake up with a red, itchy, goopy eye? Do you have a sudden appearance of floaters, or strange flashes of light? Come by and let us take a look. We will often fit these emergency visits into our schedule, even if we are fully booked. We accept most PPO plans, as well as Medicare, so there is no reason to delay.
Ocular Disease Management
Vision isn't all about glasses and contact lenses. We assess the health of the eyes with every examination, and can provide further testing as needed to assess and treat many common ocular diseases.
After determining if you are a good candidate for refractive surgery, our doctors work closely with the doctors at Berg-Feinfield TLC. All pre-operative and post-operative evaluations can be conveniently performed at our office in Lancaster.
Our strong footing in the Antelope Valley has allowed us to create and maintain a trusted network of ophthalmologists. If any ocular surgical or specialty procedures are needed, our office can see you for your follow-up visits.
